Today, we have created a reseller account for you in the Openprovider system, as part of the migration of Inforbusiness to Openprovider. You will have received an automated welcome e-mail as well with your username and reseller ID.
What to do next?
It is up to you whether you register any new domains in Inforbusiness or Openprovider. Note that we have not yet migrated any products – that is scheduled for the 16th until the 30th of April (including your account balance).
Changes in your reseller details
If you change the details of your reseller account (for example a change in address or a new user), or you changed something after last Monday, then we kindly ask you to copy this change in your Openprovider account. This only applies to reseller data, not to data of domain contacts.
Next week, on the 26th of March at 10:00 CET, we will organise a webinar in which we will tell more about the migration. After a short presentation, there is plenty of time to ask questions to people from Inforbusiness and Openprovider. Please sign up for the webinar here.
Four to six weeks from now, from the 16th until the 30th of April, we will migrate all products and services from the Inforbusiness platform to the Openprovider platform. You will be informed as soon as possible about a more precise date.
