Dear customer,

Today, we have created a reseller account for you in the Openprovider system, as part of the migration of Inforbusiness to Openprovider. You will have received an automated welcome e-mail as well with your username and reseller ID.

What to do next?

  • First, request a new password (fill in your e-mail address twice)
  • Log in to your Openprovider-account
  • Complete your contact information (if required)
  • Review and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Data Processing Agreement
  • Get acquainted with the Openprovider system, for example by reviewing your settings

It is up to you whether you register any new domains in Inforbusiness or Openprovider. Note that we have not yet migrated any products – that is scheduled for the 16th until the 30th of April (including your account balance).

Changes in your reseller details

If you change the details of your reseller account (for example a change in address or a new user), or you changed something after last Monday, then we kindly ask you to copy this change in your Openprovider account. This only applies to reseller data, not to data of domain contacts.

API users
API users may want to review the API documentation already and prepare their integration. If you need an account on our test environment, let us know on support@openprovider.com.

What’s next?
Next week, on the 26th of March at 10:00 CET, we will organise a webinar in which we will tell more about the migration. After a short presentation, there is plenty of time to ask questions to people from Inforbusiness and Openprovider. Please sign up for the webinar here.

Four to six weeks from now, from the 16th until the 30th of April, we will migrate all products and services from the Inforbusiness platform to the Openprovider platform. You will be informed as soon as possible about a more precise date.

In the meantime, we keep collecting questions and answers in our migration FAQ.

Kind regards,

The Inforbusiness and Openprovider teams
